Jesani didn’t start as a product company.
It started on site.

Founded in 2010 by award-winning builder Grant Hohaia, Jesani was born out of frustration with linear drainage systems that looked good on paper but failed where it mattered most - in real builds.

As the owner of a 30-year-established construction company and a Licensed Building Practitioner with over 40 years’ experience, Grant repeatedly encountered drainage systems that failed to comply, underperformed on site, and led to costly call-backs.

Jesani is not just a product - it is a builder-designed drainage solution.

Developed by a builder for builders, plumbers, tilers, and other trades working on site, Jesani is a complete linear shower and door channel system engineered to perform where drainage matters most. Designed using on-site knowledge and tested in real builds, Jesani channels prioritise structural integrity, long-term performance, and compliance from the ground up.

Jesani channels are engineered to protect the most critical areas of drainage, significantly reducing the risk of failure and water ingress. This commitment to performance is reflected in Jesani being BRANZ appraised, LifeMark approved, and WaterMark certified, making it one of the most qualified linear drainage systems on the market today.

Manufactured in New Zealand from high-grade 304 and 316 stainless steel, Jesani offers both standard and fully customised shower, door, and appliance channels. Each channel is designed to integrate seamlessly into the space - transforming a traditionally overlooked detail into a refined architectural feature.

Following its success in New Zealand, Jesani expanded into the Australian market, supported by full WaterMark certification for nationwide distribution.
